01. Dreamweaver – 

A host of skill upgradation programs ranging from nutritional values of food to digital marketing, mental health, effective use of social media, good parenting, financial management, legal rights etc. are being run under the banner of Dreamweaver. Till now more than 40 programs have been conducted which has impacted the lives of more than 300 women and has succeeded in building a community of potential women who work in their flexi time towards betterment of the community.

02. Ankur – 

Shrunkhala is presently handling 2 major projects under its Ankur – Food sustainability program, one at Naunihal, Kharghar, a rehabilitation center for the girl child from red light areas and the other at VishwaBalak Kendra, Nerul, an orphanage that offers shelter to abandoned or relinquished children.

03. Zero -Waste – 

is yet another program of Shrunkhala which has been hugely successful in creating awareness and bringing positive change in the mindset of citizens. So far nearly 500 citizens have joined this program.

The impact of the Zero-Waste campaign of Shrunkhala in Mahad has been so powerful that it motivated the citizens to take the onus of recycling dry waste and reducing the transportation cost of waste upon themselves, which resulted in the emergence of a dedicated, dry waste collection centre in the region entirely through citizen participation
